Exp: Regent University
Regent University is an accredited, faith-based institution offering on-campus and online instruction at the associate, bachelor, master, and doctoral levels. They are based in Virginia Beach, VA, and feature 150+ areas of study, including business, communication and the arts, cybersecurity and technology, divinity, education, government, law, leadership, nursing and healthcare, and psychology.
Role
I led the program application and interview processes, coordinating development insights for undergraduate students (Arts & Sciences) and graduate/doctoral candidates (School of Psychology & Counseling, School of Communication & the Arts). Additionally, I collaborated with internal and external partner offices, guiding marketing strategies and launching new campaigns based on analytical data from admission cycles.
As a member of the applicant evaluator board, I also trained and mentored new admission teams as the departments expanded, turning enrollment and marketing campaigns into record, quality enrollment numbers.
